Transitioning into hospitality, Prisca spent over a decade executing high-profile events for elite law firms, tech giants, museums, and nonprofits across New York City and Boston.
Throughout her career, Prisca has collaborated with every level of leadership—from C-Suite executives to frontline teams—unlocking the key to sustainable success: seamless internal communication and exceptional customer experiences. Her innovative approach captured the attention of industry leaders, inspiring her to create Culture Reform Handbooks and training programs for organizations like Debevoise & Plimpton and the USTA. At the helm of Philogene-Jones Group, Prisca combines her expertise in systems, automation, and training to build thriving workplace ecosystems grounded in employee well-being and customer satisfaction.

Joshua John
Operations Specialist
Driven to excellence, Joshua John has always surrounded himself with thoughtful, talented, and motivated professionals. After graduating with a BM from Westminster Choir College, he immediately moved to New York City to work as the technical services assistant at the Juilliard School library. Seeking to diversify his skillset, Joshua joined the service team at CxRA in the fast-paced and rigorous hospitality industry. He quickly became a management asset and continues to execute several of the most important events each year. During the pandemic shutdowns, Joshua led a large-scale food aid delivery project, developing efficient processes for tracking fulfillment, managing labor, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Joshua continues to be a sought-after events professional in the NYC area, leading parties for one of the city’s best catering companies, Acquolina. Joshua’s years of experience in high-end event execution, business operations and management, and personalized client coordination make his approach to work flexible, collaborative, and highly curated.
